Welcome!!!

Hi and welcome . Just to get the ball rolling , I will start with the events which led to the start of this blog. Before that , a small introduction of the authors on this blog. We are software developers with a rich experience of front end web development who are currently in the process of making our core product multi browser compliant. From my experience of developing rich internet applications , most web based products developed on Windows platforms are primarily developed, tested and delivered using the Internet Explorer browser. Call it ease of use (you dont need to specifically install it ) , the IE fame and popularity wave or simply in some cases, fate(it was meant to be :-)). Now since we live in the internet age(an outdated term, i agree) and with the plethora of software applications we see being launched at such a fast pace , we really can't even influence ,forget about controlling what our users install/deploy on their systems. Funny that you understand this fact after a few releases :-> . It wouldn't be fair to demean the most used browser in the world but we humans mostly contemplate the grass being greener on the other side of the fence. And to add to that, we introvert developers are always being hypnotized with the "customer is always right " cliches from the sales guys. And so , we start with our tryst with the famous browsers of the times !!! I will keep you posted as we try to fight the demons of resisting change and exploring what really makes these browsers tick. Hmm, sounds exciting!!!
